Streamline Logins, Enhance Security & Maintain Compliance
Accessing entity data is easy, secure and compliant with Filejet. To further minimize risk when digitally accessing your entity data, and to give you greater control over who accesses your data, we’ve added the ability to turn on single sign-on (SSO).
What makes this feature great?
- Faster access to data: Using a single, pre-approved login email domain, users can access the portal in one click, every time. Keeping your passwords and logging in securely is no longer a problem.
- Increased administrative control: Activating SSO for all users ensures compliance with corporate guidelines and prevents unauthorized access to data for your organization.
Improve Business License Management
Your Filejet account now provides quick access from your navigation toolbar to county/city business license registrations, management and renewals. This allows you to have proactive insight into action that must be taken on each license – and when.
What makes this feature great?
- Enhanced visibility: With one easy-to-use portal, you will be able to see everything you need to know about every license, including due dates, associated entities, group names, cities and counties, and date information.
- More immediate action: You can now verify license data in seconds, make any necessary changes, view fees, and submit the required data through the portal. You can also initiate business license registrations and/or renewals.
- Increased organization & control: All license data is automatically updated and stored in your portal so you can easily access, reference, and export all data whenever you need it. There is no need to waste time tracking down recent renewals and no risk of falling out of compliance due to missed renewals.
Simplify Billing & Account Reconciliation
To simplify the billing and account reconciliation process, invoices can now be sent directly to each entity or to a custom group within your portal. This will allow you to route associated subscription and filing payments and fees directly to each entity without the need for further account reconciliation.

- Faster account reconciliation: Creating predefined payment groups streamlines account reconciliation and aligns budgets by directing invoices and fees to the correct payment method and assigning them to specific entities.
- Improved scalability: Adding new entities as your organization grows – without having to manage subsidiaries out of multiple accounts – is easy. Your portal is made to handle the complexities of multiple entities and group assignments with ease.
