How does pricing for Filejet In-House work?

Filejet In-House is a subscription-based platform with three tiers — Standard, Professional, and Premium. Pricing is based on the number of entity registrations you manage, so it scales with your team’s size and entity compliance needs.

Can we start small and upgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade, add entities and new registrations at anytime as your needs evolve. Billing automatically adjusts, and all of your data, entities, and workflows carry over seamlessly.

Is pricing per registration or per user?

Pricing for Filejet In-House is per entity registration, not per user. For Professional and Premium plans you can add team members as you need at no additional cost — pricing only increases as you manage more registered entities, jurisdictions, or add-on services.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No setup fees apply for any tier. Standard onboarding and training resources are included to help your team get started quickly.

Can multiple departments or users share one plan?

Yes. Multiple users and departments can access the same plan. Role-based permissions make it easy to collaborate securely across legal, compliance, and finance teams.

What kind of support is included?

Every Filejet In-House plan includes a dedicated account point of contact and access to Filejet’s support team. All customers receive hands-on assistance with onboarding, product training, and ongoing use of the platform.
