Newly Released
International Entity Compliance and Management
For Professional and Fully Managed plans, Filejet now offers international entity profiles where users have the ability to fully manage, organize, and automate all of their entity types in a single platform.
Once creating an international entity profile, users will receive custom maintenance reminders and email notifications to ensure you never miss another deadline. Share access with overseas stakeholders and local counsel.
Just like domestic entities, users can also store necessary documents and invite collaborators to international entity profiles.
To locate this new feature, when selecting “Create a New Entity” from the main Dashboard, you now will see “international” as an option in the entities dropdown menu.
